Get in Touch

CannabisArkansas.org is an educational resource, not a cannabis business. We don’t sell products, provide legal advice, or operate dispensaries. However, we welcome your feedback to help keep this site accurate and useful.

Report Inaccurate Information

Arkansas cannabis law evolves session-by-session, ADH rule revisions update on a rolling basis, AMMC license changes happen periodically, and federal rescheduling proceedings continue through 2026. The post-Edgmon legislative climate may produce direct amendments to Amendment 98 in the 2027 session. If you notice information on this site that is outdated or incorrect, please reach out and let us know. Include the page URL and the specific information that needs correction so we can update it promptly.

Suggest Improvements

Is there a region, topic, or destination we haven’t covered well enough? An ADH rule update we should reflect? A legislative development from the 2025 or 2026 sessions? A new dispensary or cultivator development? We’d love to hear your suggestions for making CannabisArkansas.org more useful.

About Our Team

CannabisArkansas.org is maintained by a small team of researchers and writers committed to providing free, accurate cannabis information. We are not affiliated with any reform organization, advocacy group, or cannabis business. Our only goal is to make Arkansas cannabis law and the Amendment 98 medical program accessible to patients, caregivers, practitioners, operators, federal employees, and reform-curious voters.

For Legal Advice

This site does not provide legal advice. For arrest situations, federal-employment matters, expungement petitions, or trafficking exposure, consult an Arkansas criminal-defense or industry attorney with cannabis-policy experience. The State Bar of Arkansas Lawyer Referral Service can refer to a local attorney. The ACLU of Arkansas handles civil-rights and racial-disparity cases. David Couch is the principal cannabis-business and cannabis-constitutional-amendment attorney in Arkansas.

For Medical Advice

This site does not provide medical advice. For qualifying-condition assessment, Amendment 98 certification, and ongoing patient care, work with an Arkansas-licensed M.D. or D.O. holding a federal DEA registration (PAs and NPs cannot certify in Arkansas). Most Amendment 98 certifications now happen via telehealth; visit-cost typically $150–$250.

For Federal-Employment Questions

If you work for Walmart, Tyson Foods, J.B. Hunt (DOT-regulated), Pine Bluff Arsenal, Little Rock AFB, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, the VA Ozarks system, or any federal contractor with security clearances — Arkansas medical-cannabis enrollment is a meaningful career-risk decision. Consult an employment attorney with federal-clearance experience before applying for an Amendment 98 card. Note that Arkansas National Guard membership and U.S. military membership are statutory bars on cardholding (2017 carve-out).
